Negative: Too many people from outside the hotel at the pool. Looks like a pool party everyday ! It’s a pity to pay for a quiet hotel and to have all the people from the other hotel

Positive: Bravo Resort is located in the heart of General Luna, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The resort also has direct beach access, which is a big advantage and something we really appreciated. The resort has two swimming pools — one for kids and one for adults. The facilities are nice overall, and the pool area was clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that part of the sunbeds were reserved exclusively for in-house guests. The food at the restaurant was good — not the best we had on the island, but still enjoyable. We stayed in the basic rooms, and the facilities were decent. The bed was comfortable, and both the air conditioning and fan worked properly. Daily housekeeping was definitely a plus, with the option to change towels daily and bed sheets every three nights. Another positive experience was the staff’s responsiveness. Our initial room was located next to the Bravo restaurant, where there was loud music and noticeable noise from guests, staff, cleaning, and preparations. Since we were staying for five nights, we kindly asked reception if it would be possible to move to a quieter room. They immediately accommodated our request, and this made our stay much more pleasant.

Negative: One downside was that the resort could get quite crowded around noon and in the afternoons because of the number of external/walk-in guests. Even though we were in-house guests, the resort did not always feel very exclusive. There were moments when we hoped for some peace and quiet, but that was not always possible. The rooms were missing a fridge, which would have been a useful addition. Overall, I felt that the room was a bit overpriced for the value received. While the stay was comfortable, the price we paid was not fully reflected in the overall experience.

Positive: The Atmosphere in the hotel is really good, the pool is at the beach with a good restaurant and bar that in my opinion are suitable for most people i know. Location is great Staff is really helpful and friendly.

Negative: Toilet- The Bathrooms in my room had a weird unpleasant smell. Wifi- i managed to connect yo the wifi only when at the balcony. The left of my bed had no wifi and the right side had very weak signal. In my opinion its a strong dosadvantage, especially since both globe and smart esim were usless in my room so i was counting on the wifi.

Summary: Pleased with my stay and i think the value to price has good ratio.
