Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the proximity to the beach, the ease of communication with the property manager, the pool and size of the property. Cleanliness was borderline and it is clear the property has had some water damage. However, we would stay here again and had a great time.

Summary: Really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool. Owner was helpful and even provided some fishing roads & invited us to participate in Kontiki fishing. Property was a bit more tired than what we expected but that's almost an advantage with teenagers

Summary: Amazing resort - the pool was a hit and the views to die for. Close to a stunning beach and a lovely little Hamlet ruakaka with some great little shops - all you need for an ideal holiday - would be fab to rent out whole complex for an event!

Summary: Great property, great location. Had all we needed, linen, kitchen stuff, wifi and sky, very important for our 20-something kids and during cricket season. Great layout of beds/rooms and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely book again!!
