Summary: Beautiful location and beach. Great facility with lots of amenities. Parking on property was a challenge due to high volume of traffic on access road and design of driveway. Will definitely use again.

Summary: The ocean views within the home are amazing. You're steps way from the ocean and the host has basically everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, games, etc.). The location is also great. You're not located directly beside condos or public access so it tends to be more private which we loved. You're also minutes away from downtown St. Augustine with all the amenities. We had challenges with the AC the first several days but the host made it right. Would recommend.

Summary: The pictures were very miss leading. Much smaller than expected. Lots of rules on Aircon usage. The place was always HOT especially in the evenings when trying to sleep. Old furniture NEEDS a facelift for the money spent. Outdoor swing broke during the stay old and rusty. No screens on any doors. We will not be back.
