Newly renovated interior featuring well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances and cabinetry. Kitchen and dining room have counter to ceiling glass and huge 10' passthrough bar. Great room brings the outdoors in with 10' high glass sliding doors, comfortable seating, new 60" gas fireplace and 75" flatscreen TV. New lighting, flooring, sliding doors, solar shades and wood shutters throughout the house. See our boutique powder room!
Kitchen, Dining, Great Room and Primary Bedroom all have westerly views and access to patio for enjoying sunsets. Step right out into the in-ground spa for 8. Enjoy an evening swim or soak in the spa while enjoying the new firepit, pool firepots, lighting and water features.
Primary bedroom has King bed, 75 inch flatscreen TV and walk-in closet with built-ins. Ensuite bath. Relax in candlelight in the large jetted tub.

Summary: We had a very positive experience with this rental home. The house itself was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. If you happened to be interested in pickleball, the Legend Trail PB community is very friendly and welcoming. Owners and contact person were readily available if needed, although we had no issues during the month we were there. We would highly recommend it!

Summary: If your looking for beautiful scenery, updated and renovated property, property owner and manager that meets every need and responds in a quick manner, property in a gated community with access to the community center, look no further. Summary: Beautiful home with all the amenities in a wonderful location. Sunsets, friendly neighborhood, quiet, and secure. Having the casita was great for our short term guests. Well equipped kitchen for a gourmet cook. Easy access to local businesses and restaurants. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in.

Summary: This is our second stay at this property. We love the neighborhood/location because of proximity to the golf course, great walking, hiking trails and a great area to bike. We now have out favorite restaurants in Cave Creek. Great house: size, design, amenities, etc...! We will continue to rent here. Thank you!
