Summary: The property was easy to find and get to. Check in was easy with a door code emailed through day before. It was very clean and even the fold out couch bed was ready and made up which was a nice touch. Our only problem was a sticky patio door. We were afraid of breaking it so we didn't get it open for a few days until we contacted the owner who lives below. Owner is not the propery manager. If they fix this issue then this property is great for a small group. It was myself, my sister and her husband that stayed there. I would definitely recomend this unit. Our experience would have us renting another VRBO in the future.

Summary: Nice suite, two bathrooms a bonus. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Was able to host family members for dinner. Location not far from amenities, waterview nice, neighborhood so so. Second bedroom could use a little charm. Permanent bed would be better then pull out sofa. All in all nice place.

Summary: Stay in late September and description of property and views were spot on! Centrally located between K’omoks and K’walikum and close to amenities. Will stay again when we are back in area.

Summary: The accommodation was well located for easy access to many towns, parks, and beaches. The upper floor suite was clean and spacious, with a deck overlooking the water; a good location to sit in the late afternoon after being out most of the day. The manager of the property and the owner were both quick to assist if there were any questions. The kitchen utensils and dishes could benefit from a sorting and updating but in it self, such provided a bit of quirkiness. A good location and accommodation for a short term stay.

Summary: When we walked in the door, we immediately started taking pics of the place, and the view, to share with family and friends, to make them incredibly envious. Whether it was sitting out on the front deck in the evening, sipping wine, and watching the stars, overhead or going out on the same deck in the morning and taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean. It’s just a really beautiful space inside, cozy, and comfy and bright, filled with light. A short ocean drive to Courtney and going the other way about 45 minutes to Qualicum beach in Parksville - so super easy to get around. The kitchen has most of the things you’ll need, and there’s a barbecue out on the front deck.

Summary: This place was perfect. Nice walk to the beach (rocky) convince store (with liquor) and Bean There for fresh food (open 8-3). Beautiful open space, great shower and king bed. The front door dead bolt was a tad sticky but a pull on the handle helped.
