Summary: We had an excellent stay at this superb appartment. We appreciated that it was very quiet and well situated for easy access to all local amenities. Very comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony to enjoy the magnificent view over the bay . We would highly recommend this apartment and would return without hesitation.

Summary: Nous avons loué cet appartement la semaine du 14 juillet. Il s'agit d'un appartement de catégorie supérieure. L'appartement est extrêmement bien agencé et meublé, en cuisine il ne manque rien ! Au delà de l'aménagement intérieur de très bon goût, la situation est fantastique, face à l'océan, ceci est rare à St Jean de Luz. Nous avons eu le bonheur de regarder le feu d'artifice du 14 juillet tiré de la digue en bas de l'appartement, c'était sublime ............ nous étions vraiment aux premières loges ! Nous avons très souvent loué en France ou à l'Etranger à des particuliers et cet appartement est un "MUST". Nous le recommandons vivement, de plus le contact avec les propriétaires a été excellent.

Summary: Nous avons loué cet appartement une semaine en mars 2011 et nous sommes très contents de notre choix. La vue est superbe, la pièce de vie très confortable avec une cuisine où rien ne manque !!! Un vrai plaisir de préparer les repas et de les déguster face à la mer. Seul bémol, une chambre microscopique avec un lit confortable mais inaccessible par les côtés.

Summary: Nous avons passé 4 semaines au coeur de l'hiver dans ce superbe appartement entièrement rénové.Si les chambres sont très petites , la pièce de vie est superbe et offre une vue splendide sur l'océan. La salle de douches est très fonctionnelle et dispose d'un excellent système de chauffage. La cuisine est très bien équipée et adaptée aux longs séjours, il n'y manque quasiment rien. Les commerces , la thalasso et la gare sont accessibles à pied depuis l'appartement qui est idéalement situé. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très sympathique. Il se pourrait bien que nous y prenions nos quartiers d'hiver lors des prochaines années...

Summary: confortable, vue imprenable, très bien équipé, salon lumineux, cuisine bien équipée, salle de bains claire (avec vue sur la mer)... à proximité des commerces, dominant la plage, accès direct à une promenade idéale pour les propriétaires de chiens. un (-) pour la chambre à coucher, le lit double, encastré entre 2 murs est difficile d'accès et ne conviendra pas à certains seniors. J'ai déja recommandé cet appartement à des amis et j'y retournerai certainement.

Summary: Nous avons loué en mois de mai 2010, nous reviendrons sur et certaine, tellement ravi de l'appartement, vue splendide, le calme en combinaison et quand même tout près des magasins. Les propriètaires sont très gentils, tous que j'avais lu de positive est vraie et même plus. Le faite que vous pouvez cuissiner avec le bruit de la mer, le vue extra ordinaire nous a convincue de revenir le plus vite que possible. Pour famille, en couple amoureuse (très recommendée), toute seule aussi. Je voyage beaucoup et loue dans tout le monde d'entier, cette appart est dans mon top.
