Stunning views and first class accommodation. We are located overlooking the beautiful Hooper's Bay. Beach access is a gentle 5 minute stroll. The 1500 square foot apartment is furnished to a very high quality. We have a wrap around veranda with very comfortable furniture. We have just updated the kitchen with new cabinets and marble quartz counter tops. We have just installed Fiber Optic Broadband.
The property is next door to the beautiful Turtle Bay Villa. The views from the wrap around veranda are simply stunning with 360 views - see photographs.
2 large bedrooms with King and Queen beds & en-suite bathrooms. The furniture is Indonesian antiques acquired during our time in the Far East. Top quality accommodation on par with the villa next door. Please see the photographs which give a flavor of the property. We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. The elevation provides the stunning views and refreshing breezes. Access to the beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll.

Summary: Our stay at Robert’s home was perfect- the views from the home overlooking turtle bay are gorgeous. The home was very spacious, had everything we needed. Check-in was very smooth, the home was easy to find. We enjoyed having the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, safety was never a concern. We are already wanting to return and will definitely stay again!

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay in Exuma. Friends rented the apartment above us, which meant we could have breakfast together and plan our day. Richard and his wife were the best hosts. Ensured we had everything we needed and great advice and suggestions. Fishing being the main theme of our stay. The pool is very well kept and a lovely spot to relax when the boys went off fishing. The sandy & peaceful beach is very accessible also. The views from the apartment are beautiful and tranquil. We will be back! 😎 great advice

Summary: Beautiful views from the balcony, a short walk to the beach, and everything you need in the home. Our group rented all 3 properties and it was like our own resort. It feels like you are tucked away with no neighbors. The host Rob is also great!

Summary: I had the privilege of staying at Turtle Bay House 3 as a solo traveler and it was perfection. It is spacious and beautifully appointed. The views alone are worth the price; a wraparound deck with lovely furnishings makes it easy to enjoy them. The owners' spectacular artwork, collected during more than 15 years in Malaysia and Hong Kong, adorn the interior. Furthermore, I felt like I had a private pool during my entire stay as other guests spent most of their time exploring the island; again, the views from the pool are breathtaking. Loved the convenience of a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was super strong - I could easily stream music. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute ride from the airport, and about a 40-minute drive to the southernmost tip of the island, a half hour to the northernmost. But you could go without a car rental; there are grocery stores and beaches within easy walking distance. Though the house is on a hill, so you have to negotiate a bit of an incline. The cherry on the sundae of the experience was the kindness and generosity of Robert, who owns Turtle Bay with his partner. For instance, when I didn't have butter and the stores were on the verge of closing, he brought over enough to last me my trip, as well as a bottle of wine. Also, he allowed me to stay much later than checkout as due to a late flight. Hands down, Turtle Bay is the best value of the island and I hope you have the opportunity to stay here.

Summary: This was a great property for our week in Exuma. It is centrally located for going to George Town, the airport, and both ends of the island. The view is beyond beautiful. It fells very spacious inside. We loved the wide covered porch. The apartment has just about anything you would need. Communication with the owner was good. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Exuma.
