3 Bedroom House in Florence

Poseidon's Paradise is a 2300 square foot Northwest Contemporary home with breathtaking views and quick access to the beach, just 500 feet down the street. It offers room for the whole family to gather or spread out on 3 levels.
On the first level you'll find a 2 car garage, and a bunk room with two sturdy bunk beds that will hold your children or your golf buddies. It has a sofa and a TV, so you can watch the big game by yourself or the kids can hook up a game box. There is also a large laundry room with front loading washing machine and dryer, a large folding counter and a wash tub. This level also has a bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs takes you to the main living area on the second floor where you'll find the great room. The has a foodies dream kitchen, a dining area for 8, a pellet stove, a large smart TV and lovely sectional sofa, all with spectacular views of Heceta Beach. There is access to the deck which has a glass wall to protect you from the summer breeze. Also on this level is another full bath and a bedroom with queen bed. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a separate wall oven and all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, plus gorgeous quartz counter tops.
But this is only the beginning; The third floor has the master suite. The master bedroom with a queen bed, a desk, in case you need to escape for a zoom meeting. Also on this floor is a family tv room with a sofa and Roku, plus a bathroom with two vanities and a jacuzzi tub. From this sitting area you can survey the whole neighborhood and beach including views of the Heceta Head lighthouse.

Summary: We flew in from Pennsylvania for my daughter’s graduation from U of Oregon. My two sisters met us and we spent four days exploring the coast from this beautiful location. The home was recently painted/updated. It was unique and beautiful with everything you could imagine you would need. It felt like home, but with huge windows with an awesome view of the Oregon coast. It was a short walk to the sand/ocean. We didn’t want to leave. It was magical and I hope to return someday. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Summary: The 3 levels of living space in this large home allows for plenty of rest space as well as common area. The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped. The local managers are very responsive.

Summary: The house was spacious and so very comfortable! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We prepared all of our meals at home and it was wonderful. The design of the house is great for a small group of adults to share. Each of the 3 levels had a bedroom & full bathroom. So the 5 of us, 2 couples & 1 single, each had our own private space. The many extra touches for a beach house were truly appreciated: beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of chairs for sitting on the deck, and a charcoal grill...all located in the garage. Also, really nice to have a secure garage to park in. (And, altho we didnt need them, I noticed a nice selection of beach toys for kids.) The house was sparkly clean and the decor was beautiful! I loved all of the pictures of lighthouses arranged on the living room wall. Beds were cozy with extra blankets/throws. And plenty of towels in the bathroom. Also, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & soap with a fresh ocean fragrance! Everyone in my group kept saying "This is the best place we've ever stayed!!!" It really was perfect!!! We hope to return!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. This house is 2 streets back from the beach but sits up the highest out of the other homes so you have unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. A quick walk down the road puts you directly on the sand. Easy check in, fast response from host, clean, comfy, and has everything you need…even sand sleds. Beach is clean and great for long walks. Don’t pass on this rental!

Summary: We met our daughter and son-in-law at Poseidon’s Paradise for 4 days around Christmas. It is such a comfortable house with space to gather and space to rest on your own. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked with appliances, and the bedrooms had extra blankets. There is just a short, steep walk to the flat spacious beach. We will be back

Summary: This house is one of the cleanest houses I have ever rented! There wasn’t a single complaint from any of us! They definitely stocked this house, and it is ready for anyone to rent! The view, is amazing! The location, is very convenient! We could never ask for anything better!
