Situated on the edge of a good sized Spanish village with local bars and restaurants is the lovely Villa with a large 11 m x 4.5 m swimming pool, landscaped gardens, reception/TV rooms and stunning kitchen with dining area. Several outside patios, barbeque area and upstairs terraces to sit and relax in. There are 5 bedrooms in the main Villa with en-suite/dedicated bathrooms and an attached split level double bedroom self contained apartment.
The original house was the farmhouse and extended with recent additions. Lots of character with a modern style.
The bedrooms in the main house include two large 'Junior Suites'.
Comes complete with part time housekeeper.
Close to Antequera Golf.
The village is 12 km from historic Antequera and 50 minutes North of Malaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Located at the crossroads of the two main highways the A92 Seville - Granada road and the A45 Malaga - Cordoba road. It is ideal for relaxing and sight seeing local countryside, lakes, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda & Malaga.
We have several 8 passenger seat vehicles with drivers and can collect from airport and also provide day trips out to the Cities or the coast, so if you don't want to hire cars you don't need to. Request details for these services.

Summary: Beautiful property and great pool. Gary put a bed in the front reception room and our family member used the downstairs shower room as their 'en-suite'. Therefore all couples and singles had their own bathrooms. Gary and his house keeping staff were so helpful. Mollina is superbly located to explore Andalusia

Summary: Stayed the last two weeks of August with the family, ages 1 to 71. The villa is well equipped and very home from home. The bedrooms are all spacious and very comfortable. Most have their own balcony with either pool views or views over the town/ countryside. The rooms are also ensuite, which is lovely when you are a big group. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The pool area was a great hit with the kids. We spent most of the holiday lazing around the pool. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Gary the host, emailed me, regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived the 'baton' was handed over to Jimmy and Stacey, who were on hand for us to ask any questions about the villa or village. They were very knowledgeable of the area and the surrounding area. We loved the outdoor spaces that the villa provided and had many lovely family dinners, including BBQ's. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook dinner. The village is around a 5 mins walk away. It's not touristy and most if not all of the locals don't speak English but they do understand you. They love it if you try and speak a little Spanish. There are many restaurants in the village. All are very reasonably priced and the portion sizes are huge! I would recommend D'Vinos, La Casa, Isabella Pizzas, Contracorriente and Flying Fish and Chips. If you are going out try and check if the restaurants are open as it is hit and miss. A visit to the museum is a must ( Museo de Belenes) - check opening times as it is random times. We also visited the lakes (Ardales) where you can hire, pedalos, paddle boards- a really beautiful area. The next town Antequera is very pretty with lots of nice places to eat and drink. This villa has it all, whether you want to lounge around a pool and amble to dinner or have a base to explore this lovely area of Spain. Thank you for our stay would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We had a fantastic, very relaxing holiday. The villa is in a very traditional spanish village. Shops, supermarkets, local bars and restaurants are within walking distance and relatively cheap. People are very friendly in the village. The villa is well equipped and clean. If we had a question or needed help/information Gary or James were always on hand. We didn't hire a car so used the local bus service into Malaga and Antequerra for days out, which was very good and cheap. The buses are more like coaches, and are air conditioned and have toilets on board. Would quite happily go back and stay in the villa again so have no hesitations in recommending
