The Haven by the Bay is a waterfront oasis that sits on a private lot amongst beautiful live oaks, magnolias and palms with plenty of space for your whole group to make incredible new memories!
The East Bay is a shallow water playground: a hidden gem in the panhandle 15 minutes from Navarre Beach and great for fishing, boating, snorkeling and swimming. The covered dock and over 1600 SF of porches are great spaces to gather and take in the incredible sunset. Dock stairs lead directly down into the water for easy access to swim, snorkel, or launch a kayak or paddleboard. We provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to enjoy! The ground level is a fully covered 2000 square-foot entertainment space with 2 large picnic tables, outdoor pool table, ping-pong, basketball goal, hanging egg chairs, corn hole and gas grill to take advantage of the beautiful bay views. The grassy back yard leads up to the sandy waterfront, complete with a wood-burning fire pit and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or let the kids enjoy the games and books tailored just for them.
A full gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry, an extra sink and refrigerator, and an oversized island is a perfect place to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining table and kitchen island easily can accommodate 18 or more. The large living room sectional has a high-quality pull out queen bed for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, for a total of 6 full bathrooms. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers and up to 12 beach towels are provided.
The residential elevator goes to all levels for handicapped access. Shower ramps available on request for wheelchair access. An infant travel crib, a pack-n-play, and 2 twin floor cots are stored in the closets for guests use.

Summary: Amazing! Everything about this property was simply amazing. The view was stunning. The house had so many amenities and the kitchen was the most equipped out of all the properties we have stayed in the past. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to visit agai. In the near future.

Summary: We had family gather from several states to meet for vacation in FL. The Haven by the Bay was a perfect spot for what we needed. There was plenty of space to gather inside together in the main room, and plenty of places to escape to if wanted. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards along with the pier for fishing.We drove over to Navarre beach a few times. It is just a few minutes away.Jennifer sent all needed info quickly and was quick to answer any questions we had.We would definitely choose to stay here again and would easily recommend it to others.

Summary: Family and friends gathered together for week of our daughter's wedding, and we found The Haven by the Bay was the perfect location for us. The home was spacious, clean and well appointed. The view of the bay is beautiful and relaxing. The common spaces are large and welcoming for a large group to gather and spend time hanging out, eating and playing games. The outdoor amenities were also nice. The location worked well for us as it was on 7 minutes to the wedding venue. Jennifer's communication during our stay was helpful and she responded quickly to questions and concerns. I would recommend this home for large gatherings; you won't be disappointed. One thing to be aware of if you need to sleep 24, is the trundles in the bedroom with the twin beds are unable to extend out all the way due to the fact there isn't enough room between the beds.
