Negative: Everything was wonderfully served, staff was polite and certius. They were helpful, kind and respectful they serve their guests well. They are well trained and always ready to give an helping hand.

Positive: The location, amenities, food, and staff were all highlights of the trip. We never had an issue that couldn't be resolved or wasn't addressed when we raised a concern.
Negative: Not having drinking water available in the room was the only issue we could bring up.

Positive: The beach and pool are great! The staff were all very helpful. Cleaning staff kept our rooms amazingly clean! Easy to find your way around and the location to airport and downtown is so convenient!
Negative: The buffet good could be better. I was unaware of the grad city program that brings a lot of teenagers to the resort, which was fine with me, but could be annoying to some.
Summary: Overall good resort for the price with the best location

Positive: The location was nice and most of the staff were welcoming.
Negative: Since it was an all-inclusive hotel, we were expecting more restaurant choices on site. Instead, the few restaurants were on a rotating basis, choosing from the buffet every night or one other restaurant, Italian or Asian. The Garden of Eden was not open on the nights we stayed there.
Summary: The location of Breezes was nice along the ocean, and most of the staff was welcoming.

Negative: poor Funky D ----too hot to perform, not enough crowd to entertain---but the man is awesome. more dance music ---vacation and dance with significant other !!!

Positive: I really loved this place. Many reviewers commented on the property being “dated”. They made it sound like it was run down. The property is beautiful. Yes some of the decor is 80s style but who cares. There were signs that things have been updated like new tile floors on the guest room hallways. The food is bette rehab I expected and overall pretty good. There are at least 3 choices of restaurants most nights. The resort was so much fun! The other guests were so friendly over the unlimited drinks..we were often invited to hit the piano bar or nightclub for late night partying. The best overall was the band that played nightly! We couldn’t get off the dance floor! Actually the singer wouldn’t let us! I highly recommend this resort and we will be back! Great value, nice facilities and soooo much fun!
Negative: More food choices on the various menus. Actual sushi at the Asian restaurants. The pools were too cold to go in in February so heated pools would have been nice! Staff were attentive but didn’t look too happy. Maybe better pay for them.
