Centrally located to all amenities, this lovely Florida home is canal front, off the Indian River and just minutes to the ocean.
Our home has three bedrooms and easily sleeps 6. The master bedroom, with comfortable king bed, features an ensuite bath with tiled, walk in shower. Bedroom number 2 also has a king bed. Bedroom number 3 has two, twin beds. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The home is spacious with a large living area with 3 sliding doors that showcase an unrestricted view of the gracious palms , pool and peaceful canal.
The kitchen, with convenient eat in area, and sliding doors to the lanai, is equipped for easy meal prep and everything you might need for your stay. The tropical lanai has a dining table for 6 and plenty of room to sit and relax. Step from the lanai to the caged heated in-ground swimming pool. Listen to the birds and don't forget to watch for our resident manatees in the canal! The gas grill is located on the shady side patio next to the pool. If you are beach bound, access is just 10 minutes away and we provide chairs and a cooler. The public boat launch is just 5 minutes away.
We also provide rainy day books and games, as well as additional TVs and wifi. Please feel free to use our kayaks and bikes for adventures.
There is a washer and dryer for your use and we provide all linens.
Sebastian is beautiful at any time of the year.

Summary: Ours hosts were very kind and accommodating. Their home is lovely, clean and spacious. The kitchen is stocked well for all you might need. The outdoor dining area is large and very comfortable. The pool is heated which is key in November! The children loved it and there are tons of games and toys for the entire family. Kayaking on the intercoastal was fun for everyone. it is a convenient location to shopping, restaurants and activities. All in all, it was a very good Thanksgiving vacation stay!

Summary: Our stay was excellent and the house was perfect for our family! Everything was as advertised. Fully furnished with all necessities and even more. Great location, near to the beaches and restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean! We had perfect hosts and communication with them was also perfect! We would definetly stay here again!!

Summary: Everything was just as described and pictured, canal home directly on the Indian River with quick access to Vero Beach. All ages had a great time at the beach and pool. We would return again.

Summary: The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was a daily reward after a hard day of adventure seeking. This is the fourth Florida home we have rented and the only one that had everything we needed. There was not enough room for 10 nights of trash. We put out trash on Wednesday night and Thursday, maybe two regular trash cans would do it. The host we a delight to deal with.

Summary: I stayed here with my husband and grown kids and one infant and we had a delightful stay. It was like visiting the home of friends or family because everything we needed was there. It was very comfortable. The beds were great, there were plenty of pillows and towels and kitchen supplies, and even a pack-n-play for our grandbaby. There were pool towels and floats provided and the heated pool was divine! We were there for a week due to a local wedding and we only went to the beach once because we preferred the pool! The provided kayaks were used in the canal that leads out to the river. We saw manatee in the canal several times. The landscaping around the house is so pretty and we so enjoyed the fragrance from the gardenia bush next to the lanai. We ate all of our at-home meals outside. My husband has a stressful job and he so enjoyed just relaxing over the past week. We all had a great time. Thanks to Craig and Brenda for a wonderful stay! You are great hosts!

Summary: The home and yard are beautiful and the pool and outdoor living space are true Florida living. The channel in the backyard was a great place for morning coffee and fish jumping was enjoyed by all. Close to grocery, restaurants and beaches and you can even walk to the produce stand.

Summary: My family stayed at this home and had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful and close to many excellent restaurants. The home is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and the pool, patio area, and canal just steps from the kitchen door made our experience so very special. The owners were also very pleasant and quick to answer any questions we had during the process.

Summary: The home is beautiful, location is excellent. We loved the home, it was comfortable and perfect for relaxing. This was our first vacation in six years. We felt at home immediately (possibly because we have the exact paint colors). We are outdoor/fishing enthusiasts and the location couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back.
