Summary: We loved our stay. Close to beaches and only an hour and 20 away from attractions. Family loved pool and deck. Place was clean and cozy.

Summary: The only reason I chose this particular house was because it had a pool and a hot tub. The pool and hot tube are not heated. It is March, so even in Florida, it is not hot enough to heat a pool or a hot tub. Both pool and hot tub were unusable. I called the property manager and was told that heating the pool was not in the rental contract. The pool and hot tube were photographed and mentioned in the property description to attract renters. A renter would assume the pool and hot tube were usable. This is not true, therefore VRBO and the home owners are using deceptive practices to attract renters. I was charged more because of the pool and hot tub. As far as I'm concerned, I was lied to. VRBO and the owners are guilty of fraud.

Summary: This was the perfect place for us to stay. Close to our Florida family members with enough room for them to hang-out and stay over if they wanted. Also, only .5 mile to walking/running trails and only a 10-12 minute drive to the beach. The house and pool area are beautiful. It is apparent that the owners are meticulous in caring for this property. We felt welcomed, and the house had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, beach towels, blow-dryer, games, books). If it is available, we look forward to staying here again when we visit in the fall.

Summary: This house was absolutely PERFECT!!! I am fairly new to the area and this home made me feel right at home. There is a grill, all the spices and seasonings you would need to cook a delicious meal. The owners have fully furnished this home with everything you need to make your stay an absolute delight. Having the pool was such a nice touch after a long and hard days work. It is a very quiet neighborhood, you don’t hear the hustle and bustle like you would, if you were in the middle of the city. Yet you are just a couple of minutes away from everything! The neighbors and landscaper were a pleasure to converse with. The property manager, and homeowners are so accommodating, I decided to extend my stay even longer. I know where I’ll have my family stay when they come to town and visit, it will be here!! I can’t think the property manager and owners enough for opening up their home.
