Positive: The location was idyllic. Beautiful scenery and situated in a lovely field. The beds were comfy and all facilities were ok and operational.
Negative: It felt a bit like camping. It was more expensive than other places we visited which were much nicer. There was no sitting room. The kitchen didn’t have a proper oven.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and in a good location. Lovely view with the added bonus of a balcony to fully admire it from. (We were in the 8-person "Apartment w/ Balcony (Center)"
Negative: Not getting the access instructions or even the location until check-in time at 3pm was a little stressful. Also took a long time to get a reply to a pre-arrival query. Two of the bedrooms had very thin curtains which blocked out virtually no light: not ideal in mid-summer Norway! A word of warning: I received two totally separate phishing messages leading up to our holiday trying to persuade me that extra information was required in order to keep my booking. I'm aware this is a known problem with Booking.com, however I used the website for other bookings too and this is the only one I had this problem with, suggesting they may not have the tightest IT security.
Summary: Good apartment, frustrating check-in process.

Positive: Location for our apartment was nice, they have multiple properties. The one that we stayed in was near the station.
Negative: There were no items in the kitchen. Nothing at all. The bathroom also had very minimal stuff in it. With the price point it was very disappointing.

Positive: I traveled with 3 teenagers and this was perfect for us. It was so easy to get to town , just a 15 minute walk. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own. The area quiet and lovely with all the Norwegian cows/yaks outside our window with calves running all over. The waterfall is just a few minutes away for a great hike. We loved Flam !
