Positive: Central location. AC. Kitchen. Quiet.
Negative: First of all, we booked a room in the Via dei Musei, but were sent to a different location. Was disappointed because booked stay was in unique historic building. However, the size and furnishings seemed to be similar according to pictures. Second place also in excellent location. Showerhead is broken. This was extremely inconvenient. There is s washing machine, but it smells dreadfully of mold. At one time laundry must have bern left in it for days so that entire machine got moldy. You can still see mold in the detergent compartment. The apartment is dark. Walls also painted dark colors (which looks good), but there aren’t enough lamps. Stairs are a bit steep. Apt is 2 floors up. No elevator. That is no big deal, but maybe important for people with mobility issues. Buildings in this street and other apartments in this house are in poor repair. Tiles falling off roof from neighboring house. Standard IKEA furnishings with modern look. Small studio. No living room.
Summary: Central location in old building with IKEA furnishings. Maintenance needs attention.

Positive: Centrally located about 25 minutes walk from Brescia Train Station, but only 5 minutes walk if you go to the Metro and take the subway to the Station (if you've got bags, trust me, this is the way to go). Comfortable accom about 10 min walk from a supermarket, and surrounded by many restaurants and food outlets.
Negative: Nothing of concern. No complaints whatsoever.

Positive: Very modern interior, comfortable kitchen, shower room and bed.
Negative: A couple of things need to be fixed to make the accommodation perfect. The water tap in the kitchen needs to be fixed. The front door needs blinds. The existing one does not work and sleeping near the door window is not pleasant.
Summary: Perfect accommodation in the heart of the old town!

Positive: Great location in Via Musei. Good to have a few coffee pods on hand and the host supplied me with more when I ran out. Shower produced good hot water; lots of bench space in the bathroom. Despite its central location it is very quiet once you close the doors.
Negative: There was certainly no bathtub as advertised. There was conflicting check in/ check out info; once you booked in you were given a later check in and earlier check out. I queried this with the host who didn't seem to think it was a problem. There were long black hairs all through the apartment and when I mentioned this to the host (when she did a visit) she said they must have fallen out of her cleaner's hair while she was cleaning! The washing machine is actually opposite the apartment and I didn't discover this until the day before I left when the host visited. This could have been made clearer. The worst part was that there was nowhere where you were in complete privacy: the entry door had only a venetion blind that didn't close completely and the bathroom had a very thin blind so that anyone from the apartments opposite could have seen you. During the night when any of the neighbours walked by the courtyard lights would come on. The host said she was going to replace the blind at the front door which would be good. Three days after I checked out I got a message from the host asking me to check out by 10am! I had to remind her that I had been gone for three days.

Negative: Unfortunately there were a few inconsistencies with the description - there were no ironing facilities, no washing machine, no fruits on arrival, check in was at 4pm and checkout at 10am when it is advertised as 3pm check in and 11am checkout. It was on the expensive side to have 2 hours removed from our one night stay. It states there is a hottub also- I messaged the host and they said this was a translation error.

Positive: Ah, to find such a tranquil little studio in the center of everything was wonderful! It was QUIET and we slept very well. Clean and comfortable with breakfast goodies, coffee and tea, oil and vinegar and other basics for making simple meals. Great, roomy shower, top quality linens and big, fluffy towels, good lighting were also appreciated. We will definitely be returning!
Negative: There was only one mug for tea so we used our own travel cups. Please provide future guests with a dishtowel so cleanup is easier! There are no window screens and a few mosquitoes paid an unwelcome visit.
