Positive: Nice easy walk down to the water. Very pet and child friendly.

Negative: Our dog loves to chew on rocks. So we had to be mindful of this when outside. But this was manageable with a lead and supervision. We had some rainy weather so having a dryer would have been helpful to get washing dry.
