The house is conveniently located within minutes of all major attractions. 1.7 miles to the NRG Bridge. Safe 5-minute walk across pedestrian bridge right into Historic Fayetteville. Deck around pool, grill, patio and fire pit with large private fenced-in yard. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat/air. High speed internet with Wi-Fi. Owner/Host not responsible for internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. No booking refund due to loss of internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. 65” Roku TV, DVD player with large selection of movies for all ages, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, board games and books.

Summary: This home was so convenient to the park, sites we wanted to see, and restaurants. We enjoyed the vast dvd collection! We loved everything about this stay except the outdoor cameras. I'm sure there's a reason they need them, but as a guest it just feels uneasy to know you're being watched. We would recommend others stay here anyways.

Summary: Pool was the highlight for our family (evening swim is the best)! Bedrooms were satisfactory for sleeping. Kitchen and living room were a little smaller than expected, but still adequate for our family of 7. Outside spaces were the selling point for us! Walk to nearby restaurants is possible but not as safe as we would prefer.

Summary: Stayed here to go on a rafting adventure. The house had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The 2 bathrooms made things super easy. The house was well stocked and pool and fire pit made things great for relaxing.

Summary: This property was above and beyond our expectations! Completely spotless, our compliments to your cleaning service. Lovely decor, very comfy and welcoming. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome bag, with snacks and water for all four of us. Although we were only there for several days, we took advantage of the patio to have coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evening. It was a great location, easily accessible to the Bridge, hiking, and the cute little town. As Fayetteville is halfway for us four cousins, we will definitely be staying again for our getaways.
