Beautiful house with a large yard right on the Metedeconk River with a dock (25x12x 5 feet deep) so you can bring your boat or jetski. Ideal for relaxation and watersports. Plenty of space, indoors and out, for the perfect family beach getaway for up to 8 people (ideal set up for 2 families with kids). The house is located close to the beach (5 min drive), to grocery stores and shopping as well as restaurants and all activities of the Jersey Shore.

Summary: It was a wonderful family vacation. The house was so roomy with plenty of room for my family. The backyard was so much fun with plenty to do. Swimming, fishing, crabbing, paddle boards games, etc. Enough to do for everyone. The sunsets were amazing too!

Summary: Comfortable, spacious property right on the river water. We fished right off the dock. Some of the house is a little dated like the kitchen but everything works fine. Super nice neighbors who helped my 77 year old mom when she accidentally got locked out while the rest of us were at the beach. A little stressful with the threat of Hurricane Ida but luckily we didn’t get rain and no rising water.

Summary: We so lucked out finding this wonderful property for our week on the Jersey Shore. This home is on the river, with a west facing sunset view, a green lawn on which to play games, an outdoor table to seat 10, and a large screened porch. It is only a few miles from the beautiful beach, a bike ride or short car trip. Wake up with coffee on the porch, cocktails on the chaise lounges under the Sycamore trees, al fresco dinner at the table, and games on the porch in the evening. So relaxing and lovely. The house is so much larger in real life than it appears in the photos. Very spacious bedrooms. There is even a second living room that could be a bonus extra sleeping space if needed. Air conditioning and W/D were awesome additions. Convenient to shopping and kayak or boat rentals. Brick Township was a lovely town. We look forward to returning someday.

Summary: Our stay in this home on the Metedeconk River was fabulous! The house is spacious and the views are absolutely amazing. The home is well appointed and well-equipped. Small details that I found important were toys for our granddaughter and sharp knives in the kitchen. The grill is top notch and made cooking out a delight. This house has everything you look for in a vacation home including magnificent sunsets.

Summary: The house has an oversized large back yard overlooking the river. My family caught lots of crabs the whole week and cooked them a few different ways. We had fire pits nightly with s’mores. We made great memories together we shall never forget. Sarah, the owner answered all my texts immediately. The beach was five minutes down the road. Shopping and restaurants are very close by as well. You couldn’t ask for anything else. Great time had by all! We went kayaking on the river. We brought our own row boat and did some fishing. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Summary: Had a great week with the family. Plenty of room to spread out and the backyard can not be beaten. Nothing better than a morning cup of coffee,, sitting on the dock, great way to start the day. Sarah and her family are great hosts. Close enough to everything if you want it yet, you never had to leave. The week flew by. Thanks again..
