Summary: Overpriced given the Reno that’s going on. No lightbulbs in bathroom, which was resolved by maintenance borrowing one bulb from a different room. Towels were dingey-white. Curtains need to be replaced. No bedspreads. Tv wouldn’t turn off. Plaster repairs not painted yet. Pool unusable. Dark hallways. More like a third rate motel. Concerned our car would be broken into as it wasn’t safe looking. I recommend staying somewhere else

Summary: Placed in a room that smelled like cigar and cigarette smoke. Asked for another room. Key cards would not work. The 2nd room was ok but floor was filthy. Used a paper towel on floor to show how dirty it was. Place under construction. No screen on window. Racist grafitti in credenza drawer. Not sure why front desk clerk would place us in such a disgusting room (the first one). We are w ladies in our 60s, clean looking. Lots of shoes on floor outside doors. I think it housed quite a few longer term renters. Overall, the place felt grunchie.

Summary: The staff ex specially deep was amazing very friendly and assisted with helping change my days of stay without hassle. Advised all amenities and their dining room.that were available during our stay

Summary: No security lock on the door. The staff were not concerned about that. It took three tries and two additional people to get the TV to work. There was a duvet with no duvet cover and no extra blankets. It’s very rundown, even though they are attempting to do renovations. I couldn’t even find the front door to get in.
