Positive: Location, location, location!! Right on the riverfront with a lovely cafe next door and in easy walking distance to ferry stops you cannot go wrong staying at Bridgewater Terraces. The room was well appointed with comfortable bed and lounge area and a great little kitchen. The pool area was a short walk from our room and was very quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting to explore Brisbane. We got the ferries most days which gave us access to the city centre, Southbank, The Botanical Gardens, Felons and surrounding restaurants.
Negative: Not a criticism but be aware there are stairs when entering and leaving the building grounds and when entering the building before entering the lifts.
Summary: Fantastic location and comfortable roomy unit.

Positive: Location was fantastic View from the apartment was amazing
Negative: If it wasn’t for the view and location, the quality of the accommodation is not worth the money we spent. It was not clean. I had someone old socks under my bed cover. Toilet was smelly. Internet connection didn’t work. Shower had mould. Carpet was old and worn out.
Summary: You could only charge that much because of the location. The accommodation was not worthwhile

Negative: The dryer in the laundry the control's are too high for a short person to reach. The floor is the ensuite bathroom was dirty. Especially the grout it needs a good scrub. The unit needs a paint it is showing it's age
