Positive: Very nice Food was ok

Negative: The back door to get into hotel was not secure. It was left open for anyone off the street could come in. I closed it several times. I want to feel safe in a hotel and I did not feel safe. The bathroom in 105 has mildew in it growing around the corners should be cleaned up immediately before it spreads. Desk in lobby was not attended to at all times. At least leave a phone number if we have concerns or questions.

Summary: This hotel did have a crab bar in the shower so I felt safe to take a shower. Overall it was ok good

Negative: two light bulbs were missing in the room

Summary: The cost $118 ws $10 more than I paid just three weeks prior.

Negative: Breakfast sausage was still frozen. No eggs. Toilet paper in room was not full, nor folded up or presentable. Roller to hold toilet paper was broken, too. Only one small pillow per person on bed. Mattress was not aligned on box spring when we arrived, and bedsheets and bedskirt were not on properly. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and 2 sets of towels for a 4 person room.

Positive: We stay here often when visiting family. Rooms are always very clean. Breakfast is very very basic we eat elsewhere. No coffee in rooms. But very good coffee stands close by. Pool and spa are absolutely amazing very clean. Staff is also top notch and friendly.

Positive: The location was nice and being able to bring my small pup is always the best. The attendant was very nice got me checked in close to 10 pm and was fast and professional.

Negative: I checked in late so we got in to bed pretty quickly. The next morning when I was getting ready I started noticing the room wasn't very clean. The head board area had smears and hand prints all over it was the first thing i noticed. Then the wall next to the bathroom there was like hot Cheeto hand smears light smears but still very noticeable. I think that if the walls were wiped down I wouldn't have been so disappointed. The beds are also very hard I didn't mind that part I can sleep anywhere but my son did not like it.

Positive: Very clean. Location was perfect for us in Sublimity & Stayton. Price was very reasonable.

Negative: Breakfast buffet was very limited with no protein options. Just offered cereal, toast, waffles with juice, milk and apples.
