Walk in to an open eat in Kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances and a Wine Cooler and Living Room with a Fireplace (electric insert) and Bay Views from the windows. Off of the Living Room is one of 2 Decks with beautiful Bay Views and a Gas Grill. Walk down the hall to the 1st of 2 Full Bathrooms. Continue down the hall to Bedroom #1 with a Queen Sized Bed. Next is Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin Beds. Before you get to the Master Bedroom, there is a hallway closet with Washer and Dryer. At the end of the hallway is the Master Bedroom with private ensuite Bathroom. Off the Master Bedroom is the 2nd Private Deck that looks out to the backyard. Off street parking for 4-5 cars is included as well as 6 Seasonal Beach Badges. An Outdoor Shower can be used by guests to wash the sand off before going into the house. Guest may also use the backyard to play, relax, or have a picnic.

Summary: Mike was so responsive the entirety of our stay. The rental was perfect for our small family and had everything that we could have needed. We will definitely plan to stay there, again, in the future!

Summary: Comfortable beds. Hot showers. Fans and ac and lots of windows. Kitchen stocked with spices. Coffee filters appreciated. Nice open space inside. Fantastic location. Minimum of four nights was a plus for us because we didn’t have a full week.

Summary: My sister and I stayed here in March for a winter visit to our favorite beach location, Barnegat Light. The house is lovely, the kitchen has all the utensils you may need, the beds were comfortable and linens and towels were included. The deck has a great view of the bay and sunsets. Michael was a perfect host, responsive and informative. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We can’t say enough good things about this beach house. It is the perfect size for our family of 4 (with room to spare). The decks are so inviting, and the location cannot be beat. This is our second time staying here in the off season, and it’s literally around the corner or a short enjoyable walk to everything that’s open up here: park and playground/tennis/pickle ball; inlet deli and Agnello’s for sandwiches and light groceries, the liquor store, and a few restaurants. The hosts are responsive and thoughtful, too. We definitely plan to return for a third time next year.

Summary: Nice property at the in Barnegat Light. Has pretty much everything you need and is close to the restaurants and attractions at the north end of Long Beach Island. Some tips for future travelers: Hot and Cold are reversed in the master shower. There's a nice stock of spices and pantry items in the left upper kitchen cabinet - check there first before you go shopping. While many businesses do stay open until the end of September, most of those are south of Surf City. Only a few restaurants in Barnegat Light stay open past Labor Day.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was a nice fire pit in the backyard that we got to enjoy roasting marshmallows and making s’mores one night. Only recommendation to the owner would be to provide additional towels for guests. We had brought a few of our own but had we not we wouldn’t have had enough for the 6 of us. Also, the washer/dryer is not the best and takes a long time to dry. Other than that the home was beautiful and a great location, walking distance to Mustache Bills Diner, mini golf and ice cream. We had a great time and would come again!

Summary: The house is exactly as advertised. It is bright and sunny and the perfect size for a family. The location cannot be beat as it is walkable to everything you could possibly need, yet still quiet. The front and back decks are lovely, giving views of the bay and lighthouse, and a grill conveniently located near the kitchen. The best part about having two different decks was that we could go where the sun was and the wind wasn’t (perfect for off season). The backyard is pretty and landscaped with mature trees and the beautiful sounds of red-winged blackbirds, and the fire pit area is cozy and well laid out. There was plenty of firewood for us to use and the kids had fun roasting marshmallows. There were also plenty of balls and beach accessories. Michael was terrific to deal with at booking and during the week: very responsive and welcoming. And it was a huge plus that we could bring our pet with us. Our family had a wonderful week there, and we definitely plan to book again.
