Positive: I had a wonderful time staying in this flat! There was plenty of room and the whole place felt nice and bright with a lovely view of the rock when the sun rose. The owner Micheal was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. But the it was the little touches that really made this stay stand out to us, firstly we were collected from the airport for free and upon arriving at the flat were greeted by two cold beers and a bottle of white wine in the fridge! Absolutely perfect way to unwind after an early start travelling. Couldn’t recommend the place more and would seriously consider staying there again if I needed to return to Gibraltar.

Positive: Great location right under the rock so there are amazing views at night of the rock. Lovely to sit on the balcony and admire the view (even in the winter when we visited) Also an ideal location in terms of getting to the border as well as being within walking distance of the town square. The apartment was well-appointed and clean, with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was very good, too, and the apartment building was very secure. But what made this apartment extra special was the host, Mike, who did everything to make our stay exceptional, not only picking us up from the airport but also providing us with information to make our stay the best it could be. 5-star service all the way!

Positive: Rhonda very kindly met us at the airport and showed us around the apartment. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and wardrobes. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. No dryer but we were able to dry things on the balcony using the washing line provided. The bathroom was extremely clean with good water pressure for the shower. Rhonda was quick to answer the one query we had during our stay and couldn't have been more helpful. Eastern beach is only a short walk away and we made good use of the bus service to get around Gibraltar. Nuno's restaurant across the road and Rizzo's Daily mini supermarket are both recommended. The building is on a busy road so if you like the windows open as we do, then you're going to hear some traffic noise. Having said that, we slept extremely well as noise within the building was minimal. The other residents that we met were all friendly. The airport is close enough that we walked there for our return flights. We weren't disturbed by any noise from take-offs or landings. If we ever return to Gibraltar we would be happy to stay here again.

Positive: Working in hotels as a front reception for many years, i did my research and found this gem of a property i have stayed in many properties , but the stand out is the host michael. And this beautiful apartment What a gentleman , He asked if we wanted to be picked us up from airport and was waiting for us on arrival. What a wonderful start of our break, after a flight to be personally taken to the apartment. He contacted us to make sure everything was ok a few days later. what an amazing clean apartment so central for everything , supermarket, across road. 10 mins walk to beach, marina , airport and into the main casemates square , we are an older couple but walked everywhere even 15 minutes to cable car , the bus stop to airport and the square etc is not even 5 mins walk from apartment and very regular if you do not want to walk but we enjoyed the walk and views. Now the apartment , wow! So clean and have never know so much left on an arrival! In bathroom with a lovely bath and shower , Body wash , conditioner and soap filled to the top. Milk tea coffee salt etc left did not have to buy any essentials. Fridge with milk , so many bottles of water and a lovely bottle of wine ,so appreciated The apartment was so clean , airy, bed so comfy and the view from the balcony again a wow. The hotels in area were so much more in price but this is not a hotel room feels like a home . I could compliment so much more , if you are coming to Gibraltar please use this apartment , highly recommend We are coming back , a big thank you to the lovely Michael, your apartment and yourself as host is first class .

Positive: I booked at very short notice while already in Gibraltar, having experienced irreparable issues in my initial accommodation. Michael was an absolute star - he replied promptly to confirm my booking and the check-in details, and met me at a time of my convenience that afternoon with the keys. He even offered me a lift to the apartment. Easy check-in process with a kind and friendly host! The apartment was just perfect, it had everything I could need for my short stay - but I could have comfortably stayed there for much longer. Bright and spacious, it was cleaned to a high standard throughout. Well equipt kitchen. Little considerations like bottled water, milk and wine in the fridge, some handy toiletries, and tea/coffee making provisions were all greatly appreciated. There was also a handy folder of useful information about the apartment and the local area, which a lot of care and thought had clearly gone into. The highlight of the apartment for me was the balcony and the amazing views of the northern face of the Rock (from both balcony and bedrooms). I enjoyed my morning coffee and an afternoon drink on the balcony every day of my stay, while taking in the striking views of the rock. As an enthusiastic birdwatcher, I was also thrilled to see and hear a pair of peregrine falcons soaring over the rock, while sat at the balcony! The apartment's location was also unbeatable - roughly equidistant from the airport, Casemates Square, and the more peaceful Catalan Bay, approx. 5-10 minutes walk to each. Lovely Italian restaurant (Nunos at the Express) and small grocery store are located conveniently just across the road from the apartment. It's not an exaggeration that booking this apartment and Michael's fantastic hospitality saved my holiday! I will definitely stay again during future visits to Gibraltar and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.

Positive: This flat was an amazing find excellent location and even if walking is not your thing it’s well serviced by regular bus to take you to Casement Sq where you can get a bus to anywhere. Property itself was immaculate and had all that you need including washing machine and cooking facilities if you choose to eat in and made breakfast a breeze. Outdoor seating was a major plus for us as was air con. This is only exceeded by fantastic hosts who communicated regularly with us to ensure everything was ok, picked us up from airport and took us back which was not expected but very much appreciated Mike is a 💎 in the Rock 👏
