Summary: We had a nice stay. The hot water heater wasn’t working properly so we never had fully hot showers. The last day we were locked out of the Vrbo before checkout time but a neighbor was able to help us get in.

Summary: Everything was great other then the fact that the power was out due to an ice storm for most of our stay. Obviously this was out of the control of the owner but they still offered a discount for our inconvenience. House was everything we needed it to be.

Summary: Stayed with my family for UofM Graduation. Home is not as nice as the photos indicate. More run down, towels and bedding were old, and backyard was a mess. I tried to communicate with host, once prior to arrival (to see if they had an iron) and once before checkout (outdoor garbage cans were full upon arrival, so we had nowhere to put our trash), neither email or text were responded to.
