I'd like to welcome you to my 43 square meter 2-room apartment in the heart of downtown Paris, just a few minutes from the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station.
My bright, spacious and unoverlooked apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It is carefully furnished and ready to welcome you.

At the foot of the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station (line 14 and line 13), you'll enjoy direct access to Orly airport and many emblematic sites (Montmartre, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Louvre, etc.).
My apartment is right in Saint-Ouen's lively and dynamic city center. Nearby you'll find:
a supermarket just down the street, open every day;
La Communale, a huge gourmet and festive hall dedicated to gastronomy and culture, the biggest food court in the region, waiting to be discovered;
Le Bouillon du Coq by Thierry Marx, a popular restaurant open from noon to 11 p.m. every day;
an aquatic center, skating rink and media library.
