About our home:
Our home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with a two-minute walk to a waterfront park overlooking Lake Ontario. Minutes drive to beaches, golfing, the historic downtown and local wineries and cideries. In the heart of Wine country making bikes a beautiful option for wine touring!
Situated on a serene street within a friendly lakeside community, our villa is ideal for couples, families, and groups, providing:
โข Spacious bedrooms and common areas.
โข A large, fully-equipped kitchen with entertaining space, including bar seating.
โข A dining room with vaulted ceilings, accommodating up to 8 guests.
โข A living room with smart TV, complete with streaming services, and fireplace.
โข An office/den for work or relaxation, suitable for meditation, yoga, or massages.
โข Four very private bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and three rooms with queen beds.
โข Two full bathrooms

Our house rules are straightforward; some are city-enforced bylaws beyond our control. The city has implemented strict regulations on short-term rentals.
