BIG house, 3 blocks from beautiful private & public beach access with amenities. enjoy one of New England's most spectacular summer destinations in a home setting to gather everyone together. There is something for everybody, plenty to do both day and night for all ages. Sleep listening to the sound of the surf from your windows. Access spectacular beaches- big waves for boogie boarding, skim boarding, body surfing and even real surfing.
Drive 1 1/2 hours from Boston, 2 1/2 hours from New York City, 30-45 minutes to casinos, Mystic, Newport, Providence, Green airport. 10 mins from Westerly Municipal airport. Amtrak Train stops in downtown Westerly, Lyft, Über, taxi to house.

The 5th bedroom (with a private full bath) has a wall split for zone cooling. 3rd floor offers additional sleeping with 2 double beds and air strip for zone heating/ cooling-a great hang out for kids or adults, has adjoining 1/2 bath.

Summary: This house was great for 3 families with kids. There are plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to play and relax. Quick walk to the beach and the included beach parking pass means you don’t have to carry all your stuff! There were so many beach and yard toys, the kids had a blast. Also everything is labeled in the house, makes finding light switches and spoons easy! The bathroom layout was a little tricky for 3 families sharing with only 2 full bathrooms inside but for a weekend at the beach it wasn’t an issue, 2 outdoor showers was so helpful with 6 kids coming back from the beach! This house is in a great location, checkin was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There was plenty of room for 14 adults to comfortably stay in the house. Everything we needed was there including beach gear and backyard games. Denise was very communicative and kind. We will be coming back!

Summary: I loved everything about the house and area. Beach was so close as was Mystic, Westerly and Watch Hill. There was plenty of living space indoors and outdoors and the kitchen was fully equipped. The fire pit was delightful for nighttime family conversation. The house was not lacking for anything. the new king size beds were so comfortable. I would definitley revisit!

Summary: This is a spacious, old, comfortable beach house with a wonderful big deck and grassy flat backyard. My family (5 adults and 2 children under 4) stayed over Memorial Day weekend so that we could attend a wedding in Watch Hill. Perfect location to get to Watch Hill but also so convenient to the beach - a 10 minute walk or quick drive and beach passes are provided. Lots of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms (indoors and out), and the house is very well equipped (but bring your own beach towels!) Diane is a super responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
