This is a renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment the whole apartment is yours to rent. It is located on the Second floor and is walking distance to the beaches (only 2 blocks away), shopping and dining. Our spacious bedrooms come with large closets, hangers and queen size beds. Kitchen has stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware and has a small patio located off kitchen. Sparkling Pool, Washer/dryer facility on site, AT&T Internet with a Tv in the living room. Towels , sheets provided.

Summary: We stayed for a week and enjoyed every second of it! I can't think of any place I'd rather stay in Pascagoula.

Summary: Apartment and complex as a whole in major disrepair. Lights falling off building/s, main door latch into building missing parts and wouldn't close, even tried to fix it myself but didn't have a screwdriver. Very dirty entry into building, dishwasher didn't work, very bad odor in apartment. Loose bathroom faucet, both beds hard as a rock. Cobwebs throughout apartment and complex. Won't stay there again.

Summary: I was somewhat disappointed when I arrived at the unit. The location was somewhat off the beaten path, located inside of a neighborhood with the complex sitting way back off the street. The apartment was in a building with three (3) other units where the main door to the building would not stay closed. I tried to close it every time we left but it would always be standing wide open when we returned, so I just gave up. The hallway was not clean. There was debris that would blow in (because the door stayed open), dead bugs, and spiderwebs in the corners. There didn't appear to be any property care takers visible during business hours. My daughter called before my arrival to alert me that not only were there dead bugs found when she arrived but while she was watching television, one was crawling on the couch. There were literally dead bugs in all rooms (and not just one) and spider webs in corners and new dead bugs every morning and when we would return from outings. Not sure how the bugs were getting in. It doesn't appear that anyone came through to straighten up or do a once over before our arrival due to the evidence of the floors with dead bugs not being cleaned up or the visible spider webs. We were very hesitant when opening doors and drawers (pantry and closet) because we didn't know if we would find more dead bugs or live ones for that matter. The complex was quiet, so we had no issues there. The layout of the inside of the unit was nice; Very spacious. Easy to navigate in and out of the complex. Appliances were in working order.

Summary: The beach is not really a swimming beach, it is more of a bay with next to no waves. We stayed over July 4th and the town put on a great fireworks show within walking distance. The public beach access near the park has a Sandy swimming area and restrooms. The apartment was clean and stocked well even though the building and entrance looked run down and a bit unkept. They replaced the carpet on the stairs while we were there so we assume they are making updates along the way. There is laundry on site, it’s 1.75 to wash and same to dry, no change machine in the facility. There is a small pool with an 8’ end. In July all water is warm.

Summary: This property is affordable and basic. If you need a place to stay with a bed to lay your head down on this is a great place! The property is located in an apartment complex that isn't very clean or maintained well. The neighbors are "interesting" to put it nicely. The property manager is great and very helpful!
