Summary: We stayed 1 week and it was a very clean and comfortable house. All the necessities were provided and all the couches and bed were very comfortable. The location itself is great since it’s near Duke Gardens, Duke campus and a lot of restaurants nearby. When we arrived, the neighborhood itself didn’t look as nice as we expected, but we never felt unsafe. The host let us check in early which was great. We would definitely recommend this place and will return next time we need a rental in Durham. The only minor inconvenience was that there was only 1 mirror in the whole house and that was in the bathroom. With 3 females (2 were late teenagers), getting ready was a bit of a challenge :)

Summary: My family enjoyed a week+ in this neat 3 bedroom, remodeled home just a short walk from Duke Hospital and short drive to Duke University. Beds and furnishings were comfortable, kitchen appliances recent, and home secure. The one bathroom allowed us to work on our cooperation and coordination skills. Owners very communicative and gracious.
