Summary: An amazing location with the best views. I was fine with the lack of beach access. The home was clean, but could have been cleaner, a bit pricey for what we got. Overall a positive experience.

Summary: Great visit. Beautiful house and only a short walk to easy access to the beach . So sad the prices climb so much next year. Not sure we will be able to afford 2023 jump in cost. I’m glad we were able to stay this year. Thx for good memories!

Summary: The house was fine (but a bit tinier than we expected), right above the beach, great views all day. We are not spring chickens, and there was not much room around the beds, which made maneuvering around them a bit of a challenge. Of note: kitchen was well provisioned and equipped. We had one problem- we came back one afternoon and couldn't get the code for the door lock to work. I had a hard time reaching Vacasa, and we ended up spending 2 hours hanging out in our car (it was cold out) waiting for a local maintenance person to show up. Kind of put a damper on the day.

Summary: Location was perfect, house was adorable and clean! We had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and lounging on the couch watching the waves was amazing. The deck was perfect for doing the same. The decorations for the entire house were very good and welcoming! The little neighborhood was so quiet and welcoming you felt like you were a part of it for life. Perfect distance from town. We will be back for sure!

Summary: Cool house and a million dollar view. Pro’s - Location couldn’t be better, off the highway no noise, clean not crowded beach, surfers everyday, best price for location by far, grocery store down 101 half a mile, nice getaway spot if you want to escape the hassle and bustle, close to Lincoln City for shopping, comfy beds, feels very private with no neighbors next to you on the south open the door and feel the breeze, will definitely rent again Con’s - wasn’t stocked with supplies for 7 day rental, enough TP, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags would have been nice, bought some for ourselves, maybe customize those items per rented stays? Although we appreciated the stocked kitchen it was actually too much, we ended up clearing out the cupboards to make room for the items we brought or bought, again a 7day stay, enough dishes for more than 4 people, too many knickknacks, again had to move a lot of items in order to make room, small bedrooms, but who’s hanging out in them? Small bathroom, doable but small for 4, no washer and dryer, blinds on the door window would have been nice, hung a sheet over the door every night, son felt weird sleeping on the couch. These things may or may not bother someone else, minor issues wouldn’t keep us from renting again, maybe without kids next time, memories for our whole family, thank you!

Summary: The quiet beautiful location is incredible. The only negative thing even to bring up....there was only 1 roll of TP provided to 4 people for 4 days. Not expensive to replace or hard find....but not a good thing to discover at the last minute.

Summary: Charmingly decorated. Great deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach access is right there IF you're quite agile. (I dont think youre supposed to use rocks for beach access. But everyone does. ) Or a two block walk north! GORGEOUS VIEWS

Summary: So lovely. We are a family of four that stayed. Everything is available for a perfect family vacation with kiddos. Clearly someone has been very thoughtful putting amenities and items in the home for this reason. Perfect. We’ll hopefully be back again!
