Summary: A clean, very functional little apartment in an area pretty far from downtown. But we were very glad to have a comfortable place to come “home” to. All the necessities were supplied. Comfortable beds. Good shower!

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights, the owner communicated everything we needed just as described and continuously checked in and let us know about any disturbances during our stay. The apartment was easy to find, right beside the bus stop. The apartment was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The mattresses were a little rough to sleep on. But the air conditioning was great and no noise came from any of the neighbouring units. We were able to come and go quite easily, we loved how close it was to a Maxi. Next time we visit Montreal we will book this spot again.

Summary: The apartment is in a block of other apartments for short time stay, it has got avery nice terrace on the roof with a wonderful view over the MontRoyal and even the St.Lorenz river. Inside the apartment everything was perfect for a short stay: good beds, very quiet in the night, everything for cooking. The communication with the owner was very good, quick and helpful. There is a bus just 2min away (nr.90) to the metro Vendome, so we reached every place in the town easily. For shopping there is big supermarket about 800m away in the St.Jacques Street in the direction out of town, it closes at 7pm as we found out the first evening. We would certainly come again, thank you!
