This four-bedroom + bonus room, three bath home sleeps 12 in the quiet family-friendly neighborhood of Sea Grass. This home has a shared community pool as well as a private pool and views of the gulf. The beach is just a short walk away. Formerly known as "Aus Sea's Haven", the home is under new ownership and renamed. New owners have just added two additional bedrooms and updated much of the furniture as of December 2021.
The home has three levels, the first comprising of a spacious garage , a bedroom with queen bed, a bonus room with a queen bed, full bath, swimming pool, and outdoor shower. The parking area can accommodate up to four vehicles with two parked in the garage. There is a gas grill for additional cooking.
Upon entering the main or 2nd level of the home, you will be greeted with an open concept dining, living, and kitchen area. The dining table seats up to eight with two additional spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has recently been upgraded and has new stainless-steel appliances and all the comforts of home. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa. On this floor, you will also find laundry facilities and a half bathroom and deck access with views of the gulf.
The third level of the home offers three bedrooms; a primary with en-suite bath, king bed, and deck access, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed with deck access, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, under 20lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
* This home is located in the Seagrass gated community. There are rules which prohibit trailers/boats from being in plain sight within the community. All boats/trailers must be kept in the garage or parked elsewhere. Garage doors are standard size and only a small boat will be able to fit past the doors. No Rv’s allowed.

Summary: The house was very clean. The main floor is big and open. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The outdoors shower is very helpful and there is a hose or faucet on all porch levels. Only complaint was that you had to walk through the garage to get to the downstairs bathroom.

Summary: Overall, home was clean. Some general tlc would be helpful-fan dusting, lightbulbs replaced. Slider door lock was not working, repairman came and installed external lock since door lock was broken. Outdoor grill inconsistent. More big pots would be helpful.

Summary: Overall good house. Adequate accommodations. Recently updated inside. Location was excellent despite not being oceanfront. Appreciated being able to bring the dog. Management company was very responsive to the few issues we had. Only downside was the carpets were very dirty with lots of large stains. Definitely could use a steam clean. Outside of that would stay here again.

Summary: Very roomy property.. love the wrap around porches convenient to beach and yet close to boat launch at state park. We’ll stocked had everything we needed. Pool is small but nice could use a water feature or cooler very warm in August! Wi-Fi password didn’t work and cable was locked by a pin code we didn’t have but who needs those at the beach anyway! A few towel racks need service but overall a nice place

Summary: The house was nice, we did think 3 of the bedrooms had King sized beds, but only one did. Only one room as an adjoining bath room. The lower level bathroom is in the garage, not the main part of the house. Overall the house was great for 3 couples to share, we all had our own space. The house is well equipped. The Pool had a few issues while we were on site. The filter was not working correctly, 2 different pool guys were out adn it work for a portion of the week, by the end of the week it was not working again. We did not have a skimmer for the pool, we asked multiple time to management and the pool guys that were out, but never received a skimmer. With the filter not working fully and no skimmer it was harder to keep the pool clean during our stay. Overall I would recommend the house for future stays, hopefully the pool issue was a one time thing. The location is good, short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice addition and it was a must have for our group!

Summary: My friend and I, along with our 2 dogs visited Cape San Blas for a long weekend. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We were very comfortable and had a great time. The beach is gorgeous and wonderful for finding sea treasures. I would definitely rent this place again

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed all the amenities provided at this property. The pool could use better treatment as it turned a green color and was unusable by the end of our stay but otherwise was a great experience.

Summary: We had a lovely time! The house is spacious and the lovely porches were much enjoyed by everyone. We were fortunate to have low humidity and high 80s temperatures. The walk to the beach is short and manageable by young and old alike. The neighborhood is very nice. Overall, we had a marvelous visit! Dog Owners: If you're bringing dogs, Seagreass Circle is excellent for walking them, as well as the beach, of course. The house doesn't have an actual fenced in yard as shown in the pics. The pool is fenced with a very small area where a dog might relieve itself. The previous tenants had not cleaned up after their dogs so we had a rather pungent odor for a day or so (after we cleaned up their waste). Our dogs would not use this area so we were obliged to walk them for all necessary bio needs. Also, there are very sharp burr-things in the yards and brush of Seagrass Circle. Keep an eye out for your dog if he/she starts limping. We removed four or five during our stay from their paws. No injuries to the dogs, btw.
