Summary: This was a great house, very spacious & relaxing. The outdoor space is fantastic creating a resort like feel. Evolve is so good to work with and very professional. The owner was very pleasant & available for anything we might need. It was stocked well with nice towels, bedding and many kitchen utensils. It is close to restaurants, and easy to get to most areas in Phoenix. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a toddler & dogs included in our group, so the VRBO challenge was to find a rental in the basic central area of PHX with a pool. This rental checked all the boxes, including a playroom with toys and a Pac-N-Play for the toddler. For our air travelers this was an added bonus, along with the pool isolated with a fence for safety. From the travertine floor tile to the modern bath tile, the house has a slick mid-century modern feel. All beds were comfortable, and the kitchen functioned well with everything we needed. The patio was lush & private and the backyard was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: My husband had open heart surgery and that was the reason for our stay. The house was very nice and comfortable. The yard is beautiful. My family stayed with me there for the week and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. It definitely made a stressful situation so much better. And my husband is doing great.
