This modern 4-bedroom/3-bathroom house is a perfect fit for your next stay or getaway. This home sleeps 8 and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, excellent BBQ, outdoor deck living space with a view, and a Sonos surround sound tv with access to all the major streaming services and cable.

The space:
Over 2000 sq. feet of space provides a great blend of social space and privacy.
Third floor- The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary amenities and comfortably overlooks the living and dining room open concept space. Step outside to the deck where you'll find plenty of comfy, covered seating with a new Napoleon BBQ for all your grilling needs. Attached to the deck is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and down the hall you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Second floor- Equipped with its own patio deck space and bathroom, you'll find a large bedroom space with a king size bed. Down the hall is the designated office space.
First floor- Feel comfortable parking in the double garage with additional parking space on the street as needed.
Guest access:
-Guests will have access to the whole house, except for the small attached suite on the second level, which has no shared entrances or shared spaces with the main house. Passcode instructions will be provided upon booking.
Other things to note:
-There is a small attached suite on the second level with its own entrance to the side of the house where the owners stay periodically.
-Games and puzzles located in black drawers in dining room.
-Patio plates and bowls are located in the lower right cupboard in front of the dishwasher. Plastic cups for the patio and picnic dining-ware is located above the glasses, help yourself!
-Beach towels are located in the main closet next to the main bathroom. Feel free to borrow them in your day trips.
-Extra blankets and pillows are located in the main closet.
-A baby/toddler pack n play, baby bath seat and rocking chair are located in the main closet and queen bedroom closet.
-High chair location will be provided on request.

Summary: Our family group of 4 "Girl's Road Trip" enjoyed early mornings and evenings in this very clean, nicely furnished home while we spent the days exploring Victoria and the surrounding area. The lakeview made the location special. The location was central to our day trips and the drive into Victoria was easy. The host was communicative and we appreciated the amenities left for us!

Summary: It was another amazing stay at Matt’s place with my group of young and old! The 4 grandparents had a relaxing time in the house enjoying the spaciousness and all the amenities it offers.! The kids had lots of fun playing around the house and at the Glen Lake Beach Park! And this time we even went bowling twice at Langford Lane, which was enjoyed by all! The location of the house is also great making it an easy drive to all places. All in all we didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back yet again! Thanks Matt!

Summary: There were eight seniors, having a reunion, so we needed to bring chairs from elsewhere to the table and living room. The weather was rainy and cool so we stayed mainly at the house. We never did get the "fireplace" to work so we did not benefit from that ambiance. I think our biggest compliant was that we were cold and sat with blankets most of the time. The window in the room with the twin beds was very drafty so that room was particularly cold. The cold air seeping through from the closed vent didn't help. Unfortunately, that was the room where my husband and I slept. It was great having a double garage for our two vehicles. We'll come again in a warmer season so we can use the deck. We did need to scrounge for hangers and towels. There should be towels left in every room, as well as hangers. We actually bought some more hangers for our clothes. We made good use of the kitchen and found everything we needed and in good working order. Check the dishwasher though, where I tied an elastic band to prevent the top rack from falling.

Summary: Our experience was 10/10 from our very first contact with Matt and all the way through to our departure. The house was very clean, quiet and well appointed for our group. The area was close to places we wanted to shop at and access to the highway is convenient! I would highly recommend this rental to everyone!

Summary: Great vacation home that had everything we needed for our time in the Victoria area for our sons wedding. Space was great. Having a garage was awesome. Everyone had their own bedroom. It was comfy and cozy and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My group of 9 included 9 seniors and 3 kids had an amazing time at this Langford rental! The house was beautiful, new, spacious and had a great set up for my group in terms of rooms and bathrooms arrangements! Everyone had enough space and the kids were forever discovering all the fun in the house! The neighborhood was also great with two lakes and beach park just minutes away! Our host Matt was very helpful and accommodating as well…all in all this is a great place to stay and we will definitely come back if we visit Victoria again!
