Summary: We had a great time here! Everything is in walking distance from the beach to great places to eat. We were able to get an early check in and late check out which was super awesome. I will stay here again!

Summary: The apartment was perfect and very affordable for our trip to the NYC Wyckoff House Museum Family Reunion!! Subway is only a couple blocks away to Brooklyn and NYC. Lev and his wife were so wonderful to us, felt like we were staying with family!!! Lev showed us around the neighborhood and where the beach was. They even helped me get my phone back after I dropped it in Uber car my Mother and I rode in!!! I can't thank them enough, like I said they treated us like family 💜 Thanks so much for everything Lev and next time I come to NY, I'm definitely booking with you again!!! 💙🍹💜

Summary: This was our second stay at the property, the first in summer, Brighton Beach is only a short walk from the apartment, The subway is also only a short walk away . The apartment was again perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet, Sheepshead Bay was a short walk and we enjoyed dining as well as a chartered day on board the Ocean Eagle V, which is highly recommended if you like fishing. On street parking is available but you need patience as it can be a challenge sometimes, I managed just fine, and have not received a parking ticket yet! Overall, this property meets our needs and expectations , Lev is a great host, always there to answer any questions and is right upstairs if you were to have any issues, of which we have had none on either of our stays.

Summary: We were very happy we found this apartment so close to main Brighton Ave as well as Sheepshead bay where we had an event over the weekend. The apartment was nice and clean, equipped with all necessary stuff (towels, fan, shampoo, conditioner, etc) including kitchen which we used to prepare basic food. We wish there was also a microwave for more convenience. Lev was very responsive and helpful for all our questions and needs. When we found the coffeemaker was broken, he brought us a new one the same day. Thank you, Lev.

Summary: Lev was a wonderful host,the wine was a nice surprise,no issues, property larger than expected, clean and quiet. Residential neighborhood very close to beaches and subway. Will definitely reserve again for this summer!

Summary: Lev is a wonderful host, my boyfriend and I stayed in his home for four nights. The apartment was very easy to find. Our plane got in early that morning, he let us check in early and gave us a tour. He provided us with complimentary wine and chocolates which was amazing! The apartment is very clean and cozy, loved the modern vibe. Everything was easy to use, he had an instruction book on the table with how to get to the beach and to the subway and then some menus from close restaurants, which was really appreciated. There’s a little cooktop stove we used every night to cook our meals which saved us a TON of money! We really liked this place, it’s an amazing deal for a great price. It is very ideal for couples or two friends. We loved the location, very close to the beach, subway into the city and holocaust memorial. Lev was always Available for any questions we had. Overall our stay was wonderful and if we come back to Brooklyn we will be sure to book this place! I recommend Lev and his home to everyone!
