Positive: Location is the best bit about this apartment, super central in amongst Brighton's hustle and bustle. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, beach etc easy to dip in and out. Very affordable, unlike a lot of other Brighton accommodation. The apartment itself is spacious and has all amenities you'd expect. We are an easily pleased group, but honestly the review for this place seem extreme, we had a really positive stay and would come again.

Negative: Only complaint really is that the beds were very uncomfortable, old thin springy mattresses. But for a weekend, with booze involved, it really didn't matter. If you were planning on spending longer, then this would be something to take into consideration. Another note is that we were unable to connect to the wifi which meant that we couldn't use the TV in the living room - this didn't affect our stay at all, we had a great time, but just to mention.

Negative: Bed was uncomfortable, mattress was well worn and I could feel the bed frame through it. WiFi cable was broke so no tv Window to roof terrace was boarded up

Positive: Location, rooms, roof terrace, separate toilet to bathroom, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, Crockery and utensils

Negative: It was disappointing that WIFI was broken as wires were detached from the router, so I couldn't stream on tv or films, etc. Also, the toaster smoked, so I didn't use it, and the terrace needed a good sweep/clean as there was broken glass and bottle tops lying around; and cushions were soiled where left out and one set of broken furniture dumped in the corner. The shower couldn't be used on the wall a it just went everywhere , s it had to be held by hand to shower. The place just needs a bit of attention to make it nice. Was noisy at night but not unexpected being right in the heart of Brighton, which was great. Would stay again

Positive: Tim was very helpful and responded to our messages quickly. The house is in a great location and it is well equipped ,although the wifi was not working and fans were missing . There is a nice roof terrace for relatively private sunbathing. It had been newly decorated and very clean.

Positive: Excellent location, lovely apartment, lots of space, love rooftop patio!!

Negative: No electricity when we arrived. We connected to WiFi but it wasn’t working. Whole situation with the keys for property: box with the keys is in different address. On the departure we’ve been asked to drop off keys in newsagent shop but when we handed keys the shopkeeper didn’t want to accept it because there was something missing. After contacting host we’ve been asked to return keys to the box and because of that we missed our train.

Positive: The house was beautifully decorated and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay and will defintely book again.

Negative: The process of the house key collection was a little hectic as the location kept changing. Other than that everything was great.
