Positive: I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at Brighton Shores to recover post surgery. I loved the supportive and caring management—Rob and Karen made sure I was comfortable and well looked after during my stay. The apartment was beautifully presented with breathtaking views of the Broadwater and ocean. I appreciated the convenient location near shops and public transport. My friends who stayed to support me really enjoyed the excellent facilities, especially the heated pool. It was a peaceful, welcoming place to rest and recover.
Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations—it was a truly comfortable and supportive stay.

Positive: The property was well located for my needs, as I was travelling to the Gold Coast hospital every day, and the tram is right across the road. There is also a supermarket across the road and a few restaurants within very easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The gym is well equipped.
Negative: The pool is apparently heated and I would have liked to try it but it was being repaired while I was there.
