Summary: This home was perfect for a group of four couples. We had plenty of room to gather together and enjoy visiting both inside and out. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Summary: We needed a house large enough to host ourselves and some extended family for both getting together as well as a home base for meeting up with our family members that are spread out across the greater Houston area. The house was perfect for this. The yard is huge and great for the kids, kitchen is well stocked (including things like spices and all sorts of spatulas, knives, etc.), bedrooms are large with comfortable beds (except the futon mattress on the lower bunk bed), and the open great room has plenty of seating/ lounging area with room to move around. The only minus was both showers needed some better scrubbing and when we arrived there were a couple of unfolded towels and blankets in the closets, assumingly unwashed. In reality that is more a mark against the cleaning service versus the property or owners, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This house is very beautiful inside and out. However, it was not clean or maintained. When we entered the home it had not been swept, dust balls were underneath the sectional, old food and dirt was left in the kitchen sink, dining room table and kitchen tables had not been cleaned-you could see crumbs and drink container residue. Good droppings we’re left on the floor. We Landry was left in the dryer. Green room had broken door. Both Bathrooms had hair everywhere and toilets had yellow rings inside. Upstairs bathroom had a cabinet that was broken. Middle room upstairs had a door off the hinges (one screw/ nail was in the door frame). Host was made aware of all except the green room door and the bedroom door. We were refunded some for the cleaning. She voiced that she was kind enough to refund us. After check out I received communication from the host that she filed on the insurance for the bedroom door. She also stated she was angry because I mentioned the cleaning but we had damaged the property. She was also mentioned how shocked she was because we had children and hand prints were left on the dining room wall and table. She also was upset that we had 13 guests including the small children. (She counted on her ring camera) Please be cautious when renting this home. Because you will be challenging if any issues arise. I’m so glad I did not let this ruin our family trip and that we purchased the insurance. The host will surely file on it.

Summary: Property was not hard to find at all , check in process was as simple as it gets. The house felt like home and Jay & Beth were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They definitely get a 10 out of 10.
