Summary: Amazing Relais & Châteaux property to explore the region — from dinners at nearby châteaux to visits in Épernay and the Reims area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. For dinner, there are plenty of great options within a 15-minute drive (including Château d’Étoges and places in Épernay).

Summary: Hotel can be considered 5 stars, when it comes to amenities, facilities, breakfast and room. The design is pretty nice and well kept. Staff is not welcoming and friendly. Don’t bother to answer the phone or remove the trash from our room.

Summary: The poor rating is because we were astonished to discover at check-in that we were not able to have a table for dinner in your restaurant. This was particularly irritating because the nearest alternative requires a taxi.
