Positive: very friendly and helpful host new and renovated flat parking inside the fence nice furniture great balcony large flat, enough space all necessary parts and machines in kitchen available EXTREMELY RECOMMENDABLE FLAT
Negative: First: We were really extremely happy !!! Very cool flat !!! Very recommendable !!! Nevertheless some small aspects which might be good to adjust (probvably they are easy to adjust): - extremely hard matraces in the two double bed rooms (probably due to roll-up grates) - the beds themsselves were good, but the matraces in combination with the roll-up grate were catastrophy, way to hard (aching backs every morning) - bed collapsed in one of the rooms - but extremely helpful host to fix that - no cabine or other water protection for the shower in the bath (extremely annoying because taking a shower without flooding the bathroom is not possible) - also the shower hose was not long enough - the automatic gate was only usable from inside (no big issue, but could be fixed) Short recommendation to the local munical administrations in balaton area: it is extremely annoying, that no tourist information is open - also it is not clear, which one is open (could be easily clarified with some alignment between the different municiples and towns and a sign could be put on the doors, which one has open). Also phone numbers could be helpful. We went to a cave in Balatonfüred. Nobody was there, no sign available, not clear, when and why it is open. Also some hiking maps something would be helpful. The water cave in Tapoly only can be booked on a hungarian language website (no English version available), calls at the cave usually are not answered... so for a tourist region the whole situation is not satisfactory.

Positive: The accommodation was absolutely superb and located in a quiet residential area close to the lake. After visiting Lake Balaton over the past twenty years and staying in many different accommodations, Brisa Balaton is an absolute gem!

Positive: We have spent an amazing week at Brisa Balaton apartment with my wider family. The apartment is in a very quiet residental area; unexceptionable both inside and outside like a new built house. Inside decorated all around with IKEA design, the kitchen is large and very well equipped. Every room has its own air-conditioning unit so we could set up the temperature individually for everyone. We enjoyed the barbecue facility in the well maintained garden every night. We also had stunning sea view from the balcony from where the sunrise is like in the fairytales. The owners are friendly, lovely persons. We will definitely go back to them in the next summer. I highly recommend it for families or larger groups.
