Summary: I would have given this hotel, based on its price, amenities, and location, five stars if the key card didn’t turn off every morning. Onto two separate days, I left the hotel room before 11 o’clock in the morning and could not get back in without going to the front desk and getting the card re-scanned. I found that frustrating and very inconvenient. Someone needs to fix their system to have the cards turn off after checkout time at 11:00 AM.
