Summary: You're messaging --- We were very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with weak coffee, tap water, and what seemed like leftover lukewarm orange juice from the previous day in the machine. The dining room manager was rude and irritable. In the evening, there was no hot water in the shower. The towels were old and rough. Definitely not recommended. ---

Summary: Rooms and wash room are large and clean. Staff is friendly. Surrounding the area is more concrete than green. Not much view from the room. Only one restraurant . Quality of food was good. Gym and Spa were under repair.

Summary: Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Bristol Hotel. Staff were fantastic - really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet. We also had an evening meal which was delicious - menu was good and very reasonably priced. The hotel is a little way from the city centre but just a short taxi ride.
