Summary: The receptionist was nice and the area by the river was nice, but the hotel itself was awful and very dated. The small kitchen had a fridge but it must have been 30-40 years old, no facilities to make a cup of tea (or cups etc.). The staff was cleaning and talking loudly in the hallway/room opposite ours at 11 pm (evening). The balcony could do with a proper cleaning (see picture) - we did not sit there despite the nice view because the plastic furniture and the balcony itself was depressing to be near

Summary: This Hotel is apartments hotel. we had the family room and it is really comfortable, there was a kitchen and a porch with a view to Vichy. really nice staff. the location is good if you have a car.
