Negative: Maybe close the pool little later at night, there was a sofa that was a bit sagging on the seat; if replaced, it would make the place feel even more luxurious. Fortunately, when I mentioned it at the reception, they reassured me and explained that it had already been like that before

Negative: The staff told me that the water and coffee in my room were not free so I was not able to enjoy these amenities and then on my last day another staff told me that it's free and I could use it every day.

Positive: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and offer great value for money. The hotel has a large outdoor and underground parking area, making it very convenient for guests with cars. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Positive: We liked that the staff were, for the most part, friendly and welcoming. There were a a few things that were confusing when checking in, but it may just have been the translation.
Negative: I did not like that we had to tell the receptionist every time we left and entered the building at night. Sometimes the receptionist would give us attitude about leaving and asked why we are leaving. We should be able to go and come back whenever we like.
Summary: Overall very pleasent experience. I do wish they had more variety at breakfast especially for 17€ a day per person.

Positive: I liked almost everything about it. There was no doubt in my mind that I was at a fancy hotel.
Negative: The internet is really, really weird. Speed tests show that it should be fast, but it would either go down a lot or there's some weird security where I was dropping a lot. Basically, at times it was unusable and sometimes, even the slower internet I experienced in other places in France was fast and more reliable. I also didn't really like the location, because it took almost an hour to get to Paris center and on top of that, you typically had to walk quite far to get to the main station (behind the Westfield mall). There was a bus that would drop you off when coming back, but didn't really see many choices going into Paris. I also didn't realize that the gates would close at 12:30 AM, so when I came back, it was a little confusing on how to get in. I didn't realize I had to buzz in (I was on foot and not in a car - the car buzz in was more obvious).
