Summary: The hotel has a serious lack of integrity. Extra caution is needed during check-in and check-out. We have never encountered such a situation in five-star hotels in Europe.

Summary: The best hotel in the city, and probably in the country. Exceptional service. The rooms are made up daily and also prepared for the night in the evening, with a bottle of water placed on the bedside table, etc. The breakfast served in the relaxing Palm Court restaurant is the best. The spa area is also highly recommended and offers many excellent treatments, whether you want a massage or simply relax. 10/10 🙂
