Negative: We booked the hotel through Booking.com and initially received an automated message requesting payment via bank transfer. We sent several messages to clarify this but unfortunately did not receive any response until one day before our arrival, when we were informed that the booking might be cancelled due to non-payment. During check-in, the reception staff mentioned that our booking had not been paid for, even though payment had already been made. This led to some confusion, as it seemed there was a lack of coordination or clarity on their end. Additionally, we found the staff at the reception to be somewhat unapproachable and not very attentive. Overall, the service felt less welcoming than expected, as basic acknowledgment and customer care seemed to be lacking. Last but not least all the minibars in the hotel DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Summary: Beautiful, clean and spacious stay with a stunning view 😍 A little hazy right now, but still magical ✨

Positive: The king room with a mountain view is an excellent choice. It fulfilled all our expectations of leisure, relaxation and an awesome view from the bed. Would definitely recommend staying here. Fun and adventure is right opposite to the property. Chef in the restaurant is good and prepares excellent dishes.

Negative: Do not take cab for sight seeing from the guy recomended by the hotel staff. Even though the hotel staff is not to be blamed, the cab driver takes advantage and quotes exorbitant prices for sight seeing.

Positive: Just one word Fabulous 😍😍😍 can't even explain in words !!! Wonderful view from the room , lovely staff !!! Clean rooms 😁 comfortable beds !!! Yummy variety breakfast 🍳 I should thank mr. Arun for all the wonderful arrangements he had made for the stay !! Whatever help I asked the staff never denied and I am looking forward to going back again to have a peaceful stay !!! Highly recommended place !!!! *British county* More things under construction 🚧 awaiting to see more wonders which u guys will b providing to ur customer's!!!!

Negative: I liked everything!!!! Looking forward for a swimming pool , campfire 🔥 and other peacefull set ups so that every group of people will be loving it !!!
