This BEAUTIFUL property is located close to downtown Columbia and the Natchez Trace Parkway, while being only one hour south of Nashville. With a spacious floor plan accommodating up to 10 people, you can relax by the in-ground backyard pool, play foosball, or hang out in the bar area with the big screen on. You can also take a hike on the Natchez Trace Parkway and then head to downtown Columbia for a look at the southern night-life.
This home boasts a master bedroom with king bed, fully functioning log fireplace and 42" smartTV, attached to the master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Guest rooms include two rooms with queen beds, one with a full size bed, and one with bunk beds. Have a family dinner in the full-sized dining room or eat-in kitchen. Catch up on your family time in the spacious living room, or head downstairs to another living area with a fireplace, bar and an efficiency kitchen attached. If outdoors is your style, there is an in-ground pool with plenty of outdoor seating. You'll also find an outdoor bar with sink area and a grill. An enclosed outdoor bathroom poolside is coming Spring 2024. This house has everything you need for family fun or a bachelor's getaway.
New updates for our guests include new pool furniture with cushions, updated smartTV's, new bedding, fresh paint, new dishes for dining indoors and plastic plates/cups to be used poolside.
We also provide at no cost to our guests: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags, some spices and a well-stocked kitchen. There is also a double oven in the kitchen. We have a charcoal grill, Primo grill and gas grill by the outside pool bar area. We provide the propane tanks and the charcoal. Our pool bar area was updated with new countertops and new cabinets and a new sink in the beginning of 2024.
Our Britton Farms Guest House sits on two fenced-in acres and backs up to Britton Farms, which provides a beautiful country setting. The house has a gated entrance and also offers a 2-car garage.

Summary: The house was magnificently meandering, much more spacious than it appears from outside. Location was excellent and the house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if coming through the area.

Summary: We traveled for our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect. We had family and friends stay together. Lots of kitchen supplies plenty of towels, air mattresses, bedding etc. more than normal. Typically we pack extra but we didn’t need to use any of ours on this trip. 20 minutes from the venue and still close to Columbia

Summary: The listing description and pictures were exactly what we walked into. The house was very clean. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked as far as utensils and cook ware. The best part is the labels everywhere. All of the light switches are labeled. It made it very easy to figure out the lighting. It is a very convenient location to downtown Columbia. The pool was great, the grounds were beautiful. There were 7 of us total with 3 couples in the group. We all had our own space. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our trip was postponed by a day due to a water leak issue in one of the bedrooms. That said, Brittany did everything she could to minimize the impact of the issue and was very diligent about providing updates. Although we were unable to use the bedroom, accommodations were made so that we had sufficient bedding for everyone. The pool and new furniture are FANTASTIC! This was definitely the main focus for us for the week. We made great use of the space downstairs and the kitchen/living room. Location is great as everything you need is nearby. If we go back to the area, we will definitely stay again!!

Summary: Property was very spacious, plenty of room for a large group. Also very quiet, in the country with no immediate neighbors. Pool was awesome; my family had so much fun playing & my heart was warmed watching everyone enjoy themselves TOGETHER! Hard to regulate temp inside house…very warm sleeping at night unless we turned the temp down to mid-60’s, which was too chilly for daytime. Coffee pot didn’t work, which was a HUGE disappointment for us coffee drinkers (we bought one). Ceiling fan in master br didn’t work; dishwasher wasn’t installed properly…worked fine, just wobbled & racks were hard to maneuver - plus it stunk, needed cleaned badly. All 3 trash cans were full when we arrived & most of trash in them was not bagged (pizza boxes & loose beer cans). Would suggest touch pad lock system on front door or garage door as we had a hard time getting key lock box to open. All in all, not bad, but for the price paid, expectations are that everything should be damn near perfect & they weren’t.

Summary: Our family converged between Louisiana and Indiana to meet up at this great family home. The pool and outdoor space are amazing! The home has grill(s), smoker, corn hole boards, chiminah, and an amazing pool! The property was comfortable. We spent 3 nights and once we all came together no one left, everyday was pool day and cookout. My only wish would be for the shower upstairs to be updated to work better, but that is by no means a deterrent to us wanting to rent the property again for the next family get together. I highly recommend!

Summary: Pros: For our family friends reunion, there was ample room for 2 families with 4 in each family. The pool was a huge plus, ranging from 3 - 8 ft., allowing for swimmers of different levels to equally enjoy it. The property is beautiful and in a secluded and relaxing environment. The garage was great for easy loading and unloading our cars. There were lots of entertainment options for the kids and adults. The foosball table was a huge hit with the kids! Cons: Our host was very upfront with what supplies would be there for our use, and that was much appreciated from a planning perspective. For the price, we felt that providing one dishwasher tablet for a long weekend felt stingy. There were only 8 plates for 8 people, so we would have definitely appreciated more tablets. In the same vein, there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. For the entire weekend, the pool was the center of the action. The patio furniture is pretty beat up and the table is covered in rust, which prevented us from eating outside. There was a major hazard at the edge of the pool, a hole in the concrete that had rusty nails bolted inside the hole. Trust the pictures. They're an honest depiction of the home. The whole place could use an update and the appliances could be repaired and/or better maintained. During our stay, the top basket of the dishwasher was unstable and the upper oven was out of use. Summary: Our family had a great time. The pool was absolutely wonderful and even though Brittany missed our call at check-in, she was immediately responsive once she saw that she had missed it. 4 stars.
