Positive: The hosts were wonderful, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. A welcome pack of beautiful bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, marmalade, honey and muesli 😵😆 which was very helpful as the nearest decent supermarket is Sainsbury's in Wareham. Bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and warm even had a hot water bottle and throw if needed. The Lounge/dinning room was huge and enough seats for all of us. Nice pub The New Inn 2 minute drive away, can walk but narrow road no footpath. We loved the property and spent most of our visit in it.🥰

Negative: THE WEATHER 🤣 was rubbish . It was a little bit chilly sitting in the lounge, we didn't find the throws in bedrooms until we checked out. Only negative, could have done with a table or an island in the kitchen, struggled with lack of work top space preparing meals for 10, but we managed okay.😆

Positive: We celebrated the New Year in this spacious house, and it was just perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was very clean. There is a lovely garden with a patio and a hot tub. Fortunately, the weather was good, so we had the chance to hike up to Corfe Castle. The views were spectacular.

Positive: Spacious, big garden, comfortable, met expectations, plenty of parking for several cars, well equipped. Excellent location.

Negative: Slightly expensive, lighting/ambience in living room could be cosier. Beds - king size would be a nice upgrade from standard doubles.

Summary: We had a nice family gathering and the location was excellent. It was spacious and functional and the welcome breakfast
