Summary: This was a nice property to stay at. Out jass all you need of you are just in and out. Mini fridge,microwave, TV, bathroom, private entrance. The parking is on the street two houses down, but was never a problem. Downtown is about fifteen minute walk or Ubers are readily available in lexington. We typically stay at the hilton downtown, but decided to try this to save a buck or two. We were not disappointed. Everything in the listing was accurate and the host was always quick to respond and even followed up with us while we were there Cheers.

Summary: We were only here for one night for a concert but everything was perfect! The concert was at rupp and it was only a 20 minute walk so location is perfect. The place was very clean and the owner is very friendly! He keeps a lot of things stocked in the room so if you forget anything he has you covered! I would recommend anyone staying

Summary: My husband and I felt right at home in this comfortable, well appointed space. We spent cool mornings in Barry’s lovely and private garden, and later strolled downtown through the charming historical district. Shady parking was readily available, and our host was a message away. Thank you, Barry!

Summary: the room was small and cute but it was all we needed! we did use the refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker! the patio out back was so nice but we didnt get a chance to use it. Lexington is a nice town. we would stay there again! The location is a bit noisy traffic wise, thus the 4 stars

Summary: Quick trip to Lexington to see a show. Clean Comfortable, Quant and Walking Distance. Barry was very helpful and even went out of his way to ship our coats back to us we left hanging on the back of a door. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again the next time we are in town. Thanks!
