Positive: We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna- nice having private use of this. And location was great for us- 10mins to the bay, good local shops. Owners were very helpful, sending lots of information before our stay and was contactable throughout our stay if there were issues and were very responsive.

Negative: It looked great on first glance but some issues when looking closer. Lots of broken furniture- table in the dining room has lots of screws in it to hold it together but we were still worried it was going to collapse and under the beds the central plinth was broken (pictured), broken tiles in the bathrooms, taps continually running. Water pressure in the showers was poor so couldn’t even run a tap if someone was using a shower- the shower leaked into the kitchen due to broken seal in the tray (the owner did come out the following day to complete the temporary repair). The house was not very clean, inside the drawers was dusty and rubbish left inside, the oven pans were dirty- had to wash pans before we used them because it had been put back dirty with oil. Majority of the crockery was cracked/chipped. The swimming pool we were told was heated to 30 degrees but it was much colder than this- kids didn’t want to stay in the pool for long because it was cold. It was listed as a 5 bedroom property (6beds as one room has two beds in it) however when we arrived there were only 4 bedrooms. Not the best value for money due to the repairs required and poor cleanliness.

Summary: We made the best of the stay, enjoyed the local area, but property needs an overhaul to repair, replace and clean.

Negative: It was dirty fridge was filthy got photos One room closed off when we had 10 adults they put extra bed in one of the upstairs room so we rang them to open downstairs room which was dirty also dinning room was dirty .Kitchen bin was dirty .

Summary: Family enjoyed the pool .we have stayed here before but found it dirty .

Positive: Great house..... facilities and lots to entertain all ages. And close to coast. We had a great time. Was lovely to watch kids play on pool while drinking tea on sofa. Loads of parking. Big bedrooms Loved that there qas shower towels and swim towels and toilet roll We had a great time.

Negative: Places needs some TLC. I understand delays in big jobs ie replacing decking but handels with no screws is quick fix. Also one bedroom was not avalible no fault of property damaged by serious guests but early notification than 2.30pm would of been nice.

Positive: The location is great as is the parking

Negative: The house needs money spent on it as does the garden and decking. It could be a lot cleaner. Overall beds and sofas need updating as does bedding. Towels have bleach stains on them.
